摘要: The development of multicultural and advocacy competencies evolved out the social justice movements. To help readers more fully understand complementary nature between these 2 sets to connect both movements, this article introduces Multicultural Advocacy Dimensions model. Implications are also discussed. El desarrollo de las competencias multiculturales y defensoria surgio a partir los movimientos justicia social. Para ayudar lectores comprender en mas detalle la naturaleza complementaria entre estos niveles conectar ambos movimientos, este articulo introduce el modelo Dimensiones Multiculturales Defensoria (MAD, por sus siglas ingles). Tambien se discuten implicaciones.
