Chronic endometritis in women with suspected retained products of conception and their reproductive outcomes

摘要: Objective To determine whether women who underwent operative hysteroscopy for suspected retained products of conception (rPOC) have histopathologic evidence chronic endometritis (CE). Design Retrospective cohort. Setting Academic center. Patient(s) One hundred and eleven rPOC between 2016 2018. Intervention(s) None. Main outcome measure(s) Evidence CE on histopathology subsequent reproductive outcomes. Result(s) with were included in our study which 26 (23.4%) diagnosed CE. Women without had a higher median gravidity (1 vs. 2, p = .021) number prior pregnancy losses 2 losses, .005) compared to those Subsequent data available 63 women.
