摘要: Clinical decision making is a cornerstone of high-quality care in emergency medicine. The density unusually high this unique milieu, and combination strategies has necessarily evolved to manage the load. In addition traditional hypothetico-deductive method, physicians use several other approaches, principal among which are heuristics. These cognitive short-cutting especially adaptive under time resource limitations that prevail many departments (EDs), but occasionally they fail. When do, we refer them as errors. They costly highly preventable. It important be aware nature extent these heuristics biases, or dispositions respond (CDRs). Thirty catalogued article, together with descriptions their properties well impact have on clinical ED. Strategies delineated each case, minimize occurrence. Detection recognition phenomena first step achieving de-biasing improve
