摘要: Riassunto Lo scopo di questo capitolo e presentore l’esperienza degli Autori sulla ricostruzione d’urgenza della gravi fratture diafisi tibiale conseguenti a traumi elevata energia. Il trattamento primario one-stage consiste nella somministrazione antibiotici, nel debridement radicale, stabilizzazione dell’osso mediante inchiodamento endomidollare bloccato, se necessario nell’innesto osseo prelevato dalla cresta iliaca copertura del focolaio frattura con un lembo muscolare peduncolato o libero. aggressivo delle tibiali esposte da buoni risultati. Esso migliora notevolmente il risultato, riducendo non solo la perdita tissutale dovuta all’infezione, ma anche tempo per guarigione riabilitazione.
