摘要: Plastics pollution in coastal areas is one of the topics that have received more attention over past few years. The intertidal zone a waters area directly affected by contamination plastic waste from land and sea. purpose this study was to analyze types abundance its impact on macrozoobenthos abundance. This research conducted at Pesisir Desa Jaring Halus February-April 2017. Macrozoobenthos macro - micro were collected using quadratic transect. Sediments with core, depth 30 cm. Microplastic macroplastic abundances analyzed separation sediment density hand sorting. dominant film (52.30%), fiber (24.88%), fragments (22.74%), followed pellets (0.1%). total number microplastics 326,33 items 308 items. Macroplastic positively correlated microplastic (0.765). negatively (-0.368) (-0.633). management strategies suggested clean up marine debris, decrease built station debris processing.
