摘要: Abstract Structural proteomics (SP) projects are capable of producing thousands protein structures per year by employing semi-automated technologies. It is too early to assess and evaluate the scientific impact these structures, although SP initiatives have substantially changed traditional way characterization. Many methodologies technologies developed been adapted structural biology laboratories pharmaceutical companies lower costs, increase speed productivity structure determination pipelines enhance drug discovery programs. The advent genomic proteomic facilitated rapid advances in our understanding molecular details cellular function. purpose this review consider on analysis illustrate how it’s directing focus research relevant biotechnology.
