摘要: Resume Les facteurs de risque meningite apres craniotomie sont lies a l'intervention (duree, urgence, type chirurgie), la technique chirurgicale (preparation du champ operatoire, fuite liquide cephalorachidien, drainage postoperatoire) et au patient (infection preexistante en dehors site operatoire). mesures generales essentielles dans prevention ces infections. differents protocoles d'antibioprophylaxie proposes discutes.
