摘要: In a morphometric analysis of rat tail (RTT) and extensor digitorum longus (EDLT) tendons in rats from birth to 12 weeks age it was found that the volume fraction tenoblasts surface density their plasma membranes fell sharply. The collagenous extracellular rose reciprocal manner over same period. tenoblast rough endoplasmic reticulum stayed more or less constant newborn weeks. collagen fibril diameters displayed sharp unimodal distribution at birth, but became bimodally distributed greater range, especially RTT. Generally, observations were similar data previously published qualitative studies, there small differences between RTT EDLT which may be accounted for by function.
