摘要: Grapevine decline is a worldwide problem of viticulture, leading to significant yield loss in the grape-growing regions Iran. Several species fungal endophytes are known as causal agents disease. Vines with internal and external symptoms were sampled from Qazvin, Lorestan, North Khorasan Razavi provinces, showing different climate regimes. Regarding geographical their variable climatic background, cultivars, vineyard age, dominant fungi different. In Bojnord, Phaeomoniella chlamydospora Phaeoacremonium minimum, esca disease, most isolated obtained 27 24 symptomatic plants, respectively. The establishment Takestan Tajareh might be prevented by environmental biological factors. Fomitiporia mediterranea isolates, white rot agent, 25–30 years old vineyards, average summer temperature, precipitation, humidity about 1 mm, 25 °C, 38% jovein 15 years important related fungi, Phaeomoniella, Phaeoacremonium, species, summer, 31, 23 18 This study gives some insights into possible relationship between grapevine and, especially, factors, which leads more diffused picture communities, making it challenging clearly separate effects other
