摘要: Nanosized zinc titanate (ZnTiO 3 ) doped with of SiO 2 (10mol %) was prepared by sol gel method at different sintering temperature from 200 o C up to 850 for 3h.The synthesis nanocrystalline -ZnTiO a based on the reaction between acetate, titanium isopropoxide and tetraethylorthosilicate room temperature. The structure morphology resulting particles were characterized X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission scanning electron microscopies (TEM SEM) Fourier transformed infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy.
