摘要: Background Cell to cell and matrix interactions play a major role in tumor growth invasion. Therefore, we studied the composition of extracellular matrices distribution adhesion molecules 50 renal tumors various types grades malignancy as compared with nontumoral kidney. Experimental design In present study, used immunolabeling specific antibodies directed against alpha 1, 2, 3 chains collagen type IV; laminin; heparan sulfate proteoglycan; fibronectin; I; III; 3, 5, 6, v, beta subunits integrins; ICAM-1, VCAM-1, ELAM-1 molecules. Results clear carcinomas (24 cases) basal laminae surrounding islets contained 1 2 IV proteoglycan all cases, laminin 96% cases. The chain was only one case, whereas fibronectin, I, III were detected nearly 50% cells expressed integrin 5 25%, v 54%, none. ICAM-1 VCAM-1 58%. expression 6 subunit weak high grade, 7 14 low grade 10 intermediate tumors. tubulopapillary chromophilic (12 cases), most prominent findings presence 66% by 58% both features characterizing distal tubules. chromophobic (4 basement membranes tenuous no fibronectin or interstitial collagens. nu but neither nor oncocytomas (10 IV, laminin, proteoglycan. Fibronectin not detected, collagens half tumors, subunits, 30%, 60%, 90% respectively. detected. vascular endothelial stroma addition, 84%, 50%, 34% irrespective type, growth, nuclear grade. Conclusions These results suggest that each produces particular components expresses characteristic repertoire molecules, which could provide better understanding origin these demonstrated found be related Stromal activation significant number cases benign malignant
