摘要: Using a precursor-ion scan function on triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, acylcarnitines were detected in the target matrices at or below concentrations of 1 nmol per gram by fast atom bombardment spectrometry. Acylcarnitine profiles from patients with known metabolic disorders consistent previously acquired data. Putative acylcarnitine signals confirmed one case administration stable isotope-labeled carnitine, which equilibrated rapidly endogenous pool. The addition continuous flow system enabled rapid sequential analysis without operator intervention, indicating potential for automation analytical procedure. Incorporation micro-LC column on-line liquid chromatographic/mass spectrometric selected patient samples. Large-scale screening and quantitative urine blood diagnostic are now practicable.
