摘要: In this article, we report a new method of preparing size-controlled and well-dispersed ZnO nanocrystals using L-histidine as the capping agent. The synthesis properties capped with prepared by wet chemical route are presented. structural L-histidine-capped investigated XRD, TEM, EDAX FTIR spectroscopy. optical characterisation is carried out on basis UV-Vis absorption photoluminescence size less than 10 nm confirmed from TEM images. elemental composition detected establishes presence agent in samples. For L-histidine-modified nanocrystals, UV edge shifts towards blue region compared to pure ZnO, suggesting formation smaller size. intense emission observed around 527 nm for offers high prospects ...
