摘要: Objective: Estimate the consumption pattern of alcoholic beverages and socioeconomic profile workers at a Public Service. Methods: Cross-sectional study, involving 322 subjects who answered Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) questions related to sociodemographic variables. The data were processed analyzed using Epi-Info software. Results: It was observed that 12.7% classified as hazardous, harmful suggestive dependence. Binge drinking found in 32.5% 5.3% had already caused problems for themselves or others. majority has not consumed alcohol previous 12 months, but those did so large quantities frequently. Conclusion: results showed high prevalence probable dependence, associated with male low education levels.
