摘要: The morphology of thin films symmetric, diblock copolymers styrene (S) and methyl methacrylate (MMa) was studied as a function film thickness where the total less than or equal to 3L/2 L is period lamellar microdomain in bulk. In all cases, layered, oriented parallel surface found but thicknesses PS PMMA layers width interface between were vary with thickness.
