摘要: An algorithm was developed for converting radar data from matrix format into polygons that can be easily visualized, processed, and analyzed using Geographic Information Systems. Spatial operators used to overlap with land surface features represented by points, lines, meet the demands of severe weather identification tracking risk recognition. Application testing demonstrate converted are suitable use in modification, assessments flash floods urban areas, lightning activity recognition, all which essential real-time monitoring warning.
