摘要: Abstract Most perovskite oxides are commonly recognized as less tolerance to sulfur and sulfur-containing species. In a hollow fiber fabrication, polymer binders (sulfur-containing polyether sulphone (PES) sulfur-free polyetherimide (PEI)) expected have different impacts on the membrane performance in terms of both permeability stability. this study, BaCo 0.7 Fe 0.22 Nb 0.08 O 3-δ (BCFN) 4-bore fibers using PES PEI were prepared by phase inversion sintering technique. The behavior, mechanical strength, crystal structure, morphology, composition, oxygen permeation long-term stability investigated systematically. Formation sulfate was identified surface bulk fabricated via route. poisoning confirmed taking place during not only stage but also operation stage. contributed lower flux than severe degradation that there more 65% decrease over original value within first 100 h at 650 °C. Membrane route can operate for 300 h without obvious degradation.
