摘要: Phylogenetic relationships were investigated between three diploid species of Alopecurus: A. myosuroides Huds. aequalis Sobol. and bulbosus Gouan. (2n = 14) two tetraploid species: pratensis L. geniculatus 28). Significant differences in 2C DNA amounts found the 7·20 pg, 7·74 9·27 13·25 pg 16·17 when measured by flow cytometry using propidium iodide as fluorochrome Hordeum vulgare an internal standard. Differences amount significant. The was more than twice that either or but less bulbosus. Four nucleolar organiser region (NOR) sites, identified fluorescent situ hybridisation a 9kb Eco R1 fragment 18S-5.8S-25S ribosomal genes isolated from wheat (pTa71), each species. Six NOR sites eight pratensis. Cluster analysis 135 fragments produced after RAPD with twelve primers showed highest genetic similarity geniculatus, whose chloroplast (cp)DNA tRNA Leu1 intron sequences shown to be identical. This suggests likely progenitor geniculatus. However, polyploidy accompanied loss reduction number sites.
