摘要: Light projection method is often used in measuring system for wire diameter, which relatively simpler structure and lower cost, the accuracy limited by pixel size of CCD. Using a CCD with small can improve accuracy, but will increase cost difficulty making. In this paper, through comparative analysis variety sub-pixel edge detection algorithms, polynomial fitting applied data processing to enhance ability anti-noise. design structure, light orthogonal optical part, effectively reduce error caused line jitter process. For electrical ARM Cortex-M4 microprocessor as core circuit module, not only drive double channel linear also complete sampling, storage video signal. addition, high speed operation whole diameter case no additional chip. The experimental results show that algorithm based on make up lack single precision significantly, without increasing hardware complexity entire system.
