摘要: Cellular division is an ordered, tightly regulated process involving multiple checkpoints that assess extracellular growth signals, cell size, and DNA integrity. Progression throughout the cycle based on activation of different CDK-cyclin complexes prevent cells from entering into a new phase until thay have successfully complete previous one. In addition, series are designed to preserve genome integrity chromosomal stability. Neoplastic lung develop ability bypass several these checkpoints, tumor proliferation frequently associated with genetic or epigenetic alterations in key regulators cycle. The goal this review summarize knowledge about dysregulation major cell-cycle cancer pathogenesis, discuss use proteins as targets for therapeutic intervention.
