摘要: Abstract The dynamic phase transformation and structure of rapidly solidified Fe 1− x Co Si 2 (0.02⩽ ⩽0.06) thermoelectric materials were in situ investigated under high temperatures pressures by energy dispersive X-ray diffraction using synchrotron radiation. FeSi alloys which as α-Fe 5 e-FeSi eutectic structures, transformed to the semiconducting β-FeSi upon heating main reaction α+e→β subsidiary α→β+Si. low rates contents found be beneficial for β formation. decomposition temperature β→α+e was weakly dependent on rate, but significantly suppressed pressures.
