摘要: Abstract A new polythiophene derivative was synthesized by electrochemical oxidative polymerization of 1,6-bis(2,5-di(thiophen-2-yl)-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)hexane (TPH). The structure the monomer elucidated 1H, 13C, FTIR and mass analyses. polymer P(TPH) its copolymer with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (P(TPH-co-EDOT)) were via potentiostatic polymerization. Characterizations resulting polymers performed cyclic voltammetry (CV), FTIR, UV–vis spectroscopies conductivity measurements. Moreover, spectroelectrochemical electrochromic properties films investigated. While has only three colors in oxidized neutral states (blue, green yellow), EDOT five different (purple, red, light gray, green, blue). Optical contrast switching time film improved copolymerization. It found that increasing applied potential amount PEDOT composition increases band gap (Eg) decreases.
