摘要: Seven fungal cellulase preparations from Trichoderma and Penicillium spp. were evaluated for their ability to hydrolyze the cellulose component of lignocellulose samples prepared softwoods by steam explosion or organosolv pretreatment. Hydrolysis was quantified using two indices: mean specific rate conversion. The activities on model cellulosic substrates (filter paper, carboxymethylcellulose Avicel) also determined, together with β-glucosidase, xylanase, pectinase, galactomannanase β-glucanase activities. a preparation pretreated softwood showed little correlation its activity filter Avicel; however, there significant level endogenous β-glucosidase xylanase activity. Differences in performance various substantially reduced following supplementation commercial Aspergillus niger. In addition this shown contain levels It appears that are important factors determining deficiencies both enzymes can be compensated corresponding present preparation. Presumably, improves hydrolysis reducing end-product inhibition cellobiose, while increases accessibility cellulases.
