摘要: Abstract Background and Purpose: American Urological Association guidelines endorse partial nephrectomy as the preferred treatment for patients with small renal masses, while considering significant comorbidities potential candidates ablative therapy. We compared perioperative, functional, oncologic outcomes of cryoablation robot-assisted (RAPN) based on our long-term institutional experience. Patients Methods: A retrospective review evaluated 267 who underwent laparoscopic or percutaneous (July 2000–June 2011) 233 RAPN (June 2007–September 2012) enhancing masses at Washington University. Results: The perioperative complication rate was 8.6% in group vs 9.4% (P=0.75). There no difference risk between two modalities multivariate analysis.
