摘要: PURPOSE Value of renal transplant scintigraphy and resistance index (RI) in the assessment graft function is well known. The aim this study was to evaluate predictive value RI for long-term function. MATERIALS AND METHODS A total 119 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Renal with technetium Tc 99 m DTPA color Doppler ultrasonography performed each patient within 2 days after transplantation. Resistance results tests perfusion/renographic curve analysis compared serum creatinine (sCr) levels at 3 months, 1 year, 5 years sCr level more than 1.5 mg/dL considered abnormal. RESULTS Differences mean values T½ washout (GW½), time difference between peak perfusion arterial count ([INCREMENT]P), accumulation (R20/3) significantly high follow-up (>1.5 mg/dL) (P < 0.01). correlation these significant number recipients grade also groups levels. However, insignificant groups, there no CONCLUSION transplantation useful prediction years; it superior index.
