摘要: Pancreatic cancer severely affects people's wellbeing and has been one of the most malignant digestive diseases with regard to its tough diagnosis treatment. Recently many papers have focused on utility siRNA as potential therapeutics cure tumors. Herein, we developed a novel nanocarrier based biomimetic Au@BSA nanoflowers that might be applied theranostic nanoplatform. As gold much larger atomic number X-ray absorption coefficient in comparison traditional iodine agents, it is suitable utilize nanoprobe for computed tomography (CT) well optical multimodal imaging when combined fluorescence markers. Firstly, were obtained utilizing bovine serum albumin (BSA) biotemplate. Then synthesized nanocomposites conjugated siRNA-FAM form Au@BSA–siRNA-FAM through electrostatic layer-by-layer assembling interactions. The constructed delivery system showed good biocompatibility due BSA coating. Furthermore, vitro experiments demonstrated delivered could efficiently suppress growth BXPC-3 cells gene silencing. In general, may provide new method therapy.
