摘要: Plasma-sprayed ceramic coatings inherently contain pores and micro-cracks which is deleterious when performed in aggressive environment. Various methods were applied to the as-sprayed order improve corrosion resistance. In investigation of this study, plasma-sprayed NiCrAl/Cr2O3-8 wt.%TiO2 sealed by epoxy resin silicone resin, respectively. Coatings characterized scanning electron microscopy/energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS), optical microscopy (OM) x-ray diffraction (XRD). The possible mechanism was discussed. results salt spray test electrochemical measurements indicated that after sealing treatment, porosity decreased obviously a compact layer formed protect coating from corrosion. proved be more effective than enhancing resistance used research.
