摘要: Abstract: Recently, with the rapid development of nanotechnology, suitable integration numerous inorganic nanomaterials outstanding optical, electronic, and magnetic performance into polymeric systems has attracted significant attention in research community. In particular, these nanocomposites show great potential biomedicine biological research, because multifunctional properties from nanocomponents, improved biocompatibility, long-term stability under physiological conditions, fewer immunogenic responses, prolonged blood circulation times, targeting ability components. this chapter, we focus on for bioimaging, summarize popular inorganic/polymeric components strategies fabrication hybrid nanomaterials. addition, basic principles latest advances some novel bioimaging technologies assisted by artificial contrast agents clinical preclinical detections will be introduced discussed, including near-infrared fluorescent imaging, photoacoustic optical coherence tomography, Raman imaging resonance imaging.
