摘要: Vasculogenic mimicry refers to the process by which highly invasive cancer cells mimic endothelial forming blood channels. is important for invasion and metastasis of tumor in colorectal cancer. STAT3 was initially identified as a mediator inflammation-associated acute phase response. The phosphorylation Signal Transducers Activators Transcription 3 (p-STAT3) closely related migration. We analyzed relationship between p-STAT3 vasculogenic formation 65 human samples, results showed that expression significantly correlated with mimicry, metastasis, Tumor, Lymph Node Metastasis Stage (TNM Stage), poor prognosis. It known interleukin 6 can induce STAT3. found using activation cell lines result AG490 suppress restrained mimicry. Furthermore, state affect epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition. By immunofluorescence double staining, we discovered more directly transition marker vimentin than mimicry-related protein VE-cadherin. These data show activated upregulates transition-related proteins promotes
