摘要: A randomized trial of telephone and mailed reminders was conducted to assess their effect in reducing the rate failure keep appointments among patients new a general medical clinic. Only 10% who received call 12% those letter failed compared with 20% control group (p less than 0.05). The most common reason given for appointment lack awareness appointment. Thus, or can lower result greater satisfaction by health care personnel.
