摘要: AbstractThe American Urological Association Nephrolithiasis Clinical Guidelines Panel recommendations for managing struvite staghorn calculi are based on a comprehensive review of the treatment literature and meta-analysis outcome data from 110 pertinent articles containing viable, unduplicated data. The panel concluded that 3 most significant probabilities those being stone-free, undergoing secondary unplanned procedures having associated complications. guideline standard patients neither shock wave lithotripsy monotherapy nor open surgery should be first-line choice but combination percutaneous stone removal used.
