摘要: Oxidative stress is a biochemical state of imbalance in the production reactive oxygen and nitrogen species antioxidant defenses. It involved physiopathology degenerative chronic neuronal disorders, such as epilepsy. Experimental evidence humans animals support involvement oxidative before after seizures. In past few years, research has increasingly focused on molecular pathways this process, that involving transcription factor nuclear E2-related 2 (Nrf2), which plays central role regulation response elements (ARE) modulates cellular redox status.
