摘要: A reflective Ag alloy film for reflectors, which has excellent surface flatness and shows high reflectivity even under a heating environment reflector. The reflectors an average roughness of 2.0 nm or less contains rare earth element (such as Nd) in content the range 0.1 to 3.0 at %, further least one selected from Au, Pd, Cu Pt 0.5 5.0 %. reflector comprises above formed on substrate.
