摘要: Traumatic brain injury has long been associated with abnormal coagulation parameters, but the exact mechanisms underlying this phenomenon are poorly understood. Coagulopathy after traumatic includes hypercoagulable and hypocoagulable states that can lead to secondary by either induction of microthrombosis or progression hemorrhagic lesions. Multiple hypotheses have proposed explain phenomenon, including release tissue factor, disseminated intravascular coagulation, hyperfibrinolysis, hypoperfusion protein C activation, platelet dysfunction. The diagnosis management these complex patients difficult given lack understanding mechanisms. goal review is summarize current knowledge regarding coagulopathy blunt injury. emerging diagnostic tools, radiological findings, treatment options, prognosis discussed.
