摘要: RESULTS: The genotype frequencies of Glu298Asp polymorphism for Glu/Glu, Glu/Asp, and Asp/Asp were 61.3%, 32.2%, 6.5%, respectively, in control subjects, 46.5%, 42.7%, 10.8% CAD patients, respectively. differed significantly between the two groups (P=.003). Asp alleles 32.2% 22.6% patients respectively; difference was statistically significant (P=.001; odds ratio=1.6). Plasma lipids, except HDL-C, also increased groups. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that is associated with NOS3 gene our population this an independent risk factor CAD.
