摘要: Ten years have passed since Bednorz and Muller discovered high temperature superconductivity (HTSC). Most of the known high-T c superconductors are copper oxide derivatives. These complex oxides were in focus numerous investigations. As a result, superconducting transition, T , has been raised up to 125-132 K. However, cuprate several substantial disadvantages. They materials with chemical activity strong anisotropy their properties.
