摘要: The declining of soil fertility due to intensive agriculture represents the main constraint agricultural productivity. Sustainability may be threatened by progressive reduction organic matter without adequate restoration. Appropriate management practices can improve quality utilizing amendments as an alternative mineral fertilizers for increasing productivity and plant growth biological fertility. use indicators, like physical chemical properties, quantitative tools could allow assess quality. Emphasis has been also given biochemical strictly linked fertility, among which enzyme activities microbial biomass provide “early warning” health changes, such loss or increase matter. The research started with a preliminary monitoring phase based on sampling in selected farms Plane Sele river. obtained results indicated great variability farms. allowed evince most affected properties under greenhouse. electrical conductivity, content phosphorus sodium were higher soils greenhouse than those controls. control samples, not subjected farming, generally richer carbon, showed enzymatic activity levels shown arylsulphatase -glucosidase. In conclusion clear evidence is that samples always better values indicate negative effect studied soils. Among all sites two farms, having different physical-chemical selected. medium-long term (1 year) was supplying kinds amounts particular, compost from municipal solid waste, source easily degradable matter, wood (scraps poplars pruning), slow degradation source, used. Organic (30t/ha 60t/ha) at compost/wood ratios (2/1 10/1) added chosen analysis shows positive effects but no response amount amendment changing kind mixture supplied Instead nature able affect treatments. In order understand role know its interactions natural study humic substances treatments conducted. extracted fraction analyzed high field NMR spectroscopy, FT-IR spectroscopy elemental (HCNS). After one year application NMR, interaction components, addition, first low Fast Field Cycling modulated carbon soil.
