摘要: Abstract Congenital true pancreatic cysts are very rarely seen in children. We report magnetic resonance imaging features of a case congenital cyst with high level enzymatic activity which, to the best our knowledge, have not previously been reported. Obliteration peripancreatic fat planes between tail pancreas observed. During surgical exploration, larger than normal, arising from Total cystectomy performed distal pancreatectomy. Although it is extremely rare children, should be diagnostically considered cases involving neighboring pancreas. helpful differential diagnosis other originating organs. excision pancreatectomy splenic preservation advised cysts.
