摘要: Abstract Dielectric analysis was performed on vapor grown carbon nanofiber reinforced high density polyethylene (HDPE) composites. The dielectric parameters (permittivity, loss factor, tan δ and ionic conductivity) of pure HDPE composites were obtained in a frequency range 0.01–105 Hz temperature 35–120 °C. properties are slightly dependent frequency. Permittivity values decreased with while changes factor dissipation (tan δ) negligible. the showed strong dependence content, testing temperature. Permittivity, increased increase content increasing Percolation phenomenon observed analysis, similar to percolation electrical conductivity studies. threshold value for permittivity ≈15 wt% VGCNF.
