摘要: In vitro systems are commonly used for the production of bovine embryos. Comparisons between in vivo and produced embryos illustrate that morphology preimplantation-stage differ significantly, survival fetuses is decreased, size distributions populations conceptuses altered throughout gestation, placental development significantly changed. Taken together these findings indicate exposure to some environments during first 7 days life can profoundly influence fetal cattle. An understanding how oocyte maturation, fertilization, embryo culture both should result consistently produce normal embryos, fetuses, calves.
