摘要: Abstract Two experiments were performed to investigate the actions of selective D 1 blocker SCH 23390 and 2 sulpiride, on oral movements in rats; these quantified by a human observer scoring vacuous chewing (VCMs), jaw tremor head movements, as well computer analysis which measured amplitude slope each movement. In first experiment it was found that both sulpiride decreased VCMs dose-dependent manner, with more effectively decreasing VCMs. second experiment, effectiveness two drugs blocking (SKF 38393) (LY 171555) agonists studied. The SKF 38393-induced increase computer-scored movement attenuated 23390, whereas LY 171555-induced decrease while exacerbated it. These findings, together our earlier results (12), suggest simple relationship receptors movement, increased activation resulting shows complex pattern, stimulation blockade One possibility may be existence than one subpopulation mediating effects.
