摘要: The stepping rate of a multi-phase electrical motor is increased by pairing stator sections with rotor disc carrying two sets axially extending poles. Embodiments having four and discs, segmental strip poles, has poles opposed form aligned across an annular ring slot opening in the outer torus wall. Another embodiment pole side angularly staggered salient cooperating crenulate arcuate faces joined oblique bridge portions. All may be active sections, or end section have permanent magnet excitation which number count all set associated like to lock each step position; winding energized low DC current poled cancel holding flux, magnetic shunt being provided avoid demagnetization.
