摘要: Liver stiffness values assessed with 2-D shear wave elastography (SWE), transient (TE) and simple serologic tests were compared respect to non-invasive assessment in a cohort of 127 consecutive patients chronic liver diseases. The rate reliable measurements was significantly higher SWE than TE: 99.2% versus 74.8%, p < 0.0001 (different reliability criteria used, according current recommendations). In univariate analysis, measured correlated best fibrosis stage estimated TE (r = 0.699, 0.0001), followed by Forns score 0.534, 0.0001) King's 0.512, 0.0001). However, multivariate only SWE-measured remained (p optimal cutoff for predicting significant 8.03 kPa ≥2 (area under the receiver operating characteristic curve = 0.832) 13.1 4 0.915), respectively. conclusion, can be used obtain almost all performs very well presence cirrhosis.
