摘要: High molecular weight (HMW) glutenin alleles, such as Glu-D1, have an important effect on the quality of Japanese noodles (udon). The Glu-D1f allele is particular significance to common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.). frequency differs among geographical areas, and it has been identified in from northern southern Japan, Xinjiang, Nanjing, Zhejiang, Beijing China, Korean Peninsula, Afghanistan. However, a particularly high found Japan. On basis distribution adaptively neutral character, two specific routes transmission Far East suggested. In first scenario, was introduced Afghanistan, transported Xinjiang northwest then Shaanxi, Zhejiang southeast finally Japan along so-called Silk Road. second Shaanxi northeast previous study, only Chinese Route revealed. Through course its adaptation diverse local environments, developed unique composition Glu-D1 including Glu-D1f.
