摘要: Ventricular arrhythmias arise from disruptions in the normal orderly sequence of electrical activation and recovery heart. They can be categorized into disorders affecting predominantly cellular depolarization or repolarization, those involving action potential (AP) conduction. This article briefly discusses factors causing conduction abnormalities form unidirectional block reduced velocity (CV). It then examines roles that sodium channels gap junctions play AP Finally, it synthesizes experimental results to illustrate molecular mechanisms how these proteins contribute such hence ventricular arrhythmogenesis, acquired pathologies as acute ischaemia heart failure, well inherited arrhythmic syndromes.
