摘要: The significance of the stochastic nature a multi-point dieless forming (MDF) process for final product accuracy has been extensively recognized. It is an under-research area in terms effective techniques and computational tools easy industrial applications implementation. also recognized that wrinkling dimpling are most MDF defects. Deterministic optimization using finite element (FE) analysis have used to improve formability process; however, not considering noises system could affect variation quality. In this study, uncertainty parameters considered avoid random while same control parameters. addition, avoiding computationally expensive FE analysis, approximation model both A six-sigma robust applied obtain reliable products. Finally numerical simulation with one experimental result given target shape shows defect controlled obtained optimal parameter setup.
