Exploring the Therapeutic Ability of Fenugreek against Type 2 Diabetes and Breast Cancer Employing Molecular Docking and Molecular Dynamics Simulations

摘要: Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is used as a spice throughout the world. It known for its medicinal properties such antidiabetic, anticarcinogenic, and immunological activities. The present study shows nutritional quality of fenugreek seed extract focuses on screening active compounds in drug designing type 2 diabetes breast cancer. Quantitative analysis was to calculate percentages protein, carbohydrates moisture, fatty acid, galactomannan, oil, amino acid. Phytochemical revealed presence flavonoids, terpenoids, phenols, proteins, saponins, tannins extracts. Molecular docking molecular dynamics simulation-based computational discovery methods were employed address role constituents against results reveal that compound galactomannan can be ascribed potential candidate cancer rendered by higher dock scores, stable (MD) simulations results, lower binding energy calculations.
