摘要: Primary skin malignancies are uncommon in children, and both benign metastatic tumors surpass them frequency. However, the resulting low index of suspicion may lead to a delay diagnosis treatment. Underlying factors associated with children include giant congenital melanocytic nevi, xeroderma pigmentosum, albinism, Gorlin syndrome, immunodeficiency disorders, radiotherapy, bone marrow solid organ transplantation, among others [1–3].
