Dispersive Liquid-liquid Microextraction for Simultaneous Determination of Six Parabens in Aqueous Cosmetics

摘要: A simple and rapid sample preparation method of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) was applied in the simultaneous determination six parabens aqueous cosmetics. The analysis performed on gas chromatography coupled with a flame ionization detection(GC-FID). mixed solution containing 30 μL chloroform(extraction solvent) 300 tetrahydrofuran(dispersive rapidly injected into for purpose microextraction. After that, mentioned above centrifuged at 4000 r/min 10 min, then organic sediment phase detected by GC-FID. effects experimental parameters, such as extraction solvent volume it, yield were studied detail. Under optimum conditions, enrichment factors target analytes range from 87 to 214. Linearity ranges are 0.05–10.0 μg/mL methylparaben 0.025–5.0 other five parabens. relative standard deviations(RSDs) lower than 8.2%(n=6). proposed eleven recoveries spiked real samples 81.0%–103%.
