摘要: Abstract The equi-biaxial fatigue behaviour of silicone based magnetorheological elastomers (MREs) with various volume fractions carbonyl iron particles ranging between 15% and 35% was studied. Wohler curves for each material were derived by cycling test samples to failure over a range stress amplitudes. Changes in complex modulus ( E ∗ ) dynamic stored energy during the process observed. As other elastic solids, resistance MREs different particle contents shown be dependent on amplitudes applied. low content showed highest life at high while exhibited fell accumulation cycles material, but change amplitude However, failed suggesting limiting value 1.22 MPa 1.38 MPa regardless magnitude amplitude. In keeping results from previous testing, it that can used predict having wide variation content.
